These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AdoraDeko website (www.adoradeko.com) and constitute the contract between you (the customer) and AdoraDeko (operated by Vidican Laza Cristina Maria I.I.). By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

Business Model: Online store for furniture and home décor, operating on a dropshipping basis (BigBuy). Products are available for delivery across the EU, currently focused on Spain.

2. Applicability and Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you enter into a distance contract governed by:

  • EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

  • Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 34/2014

  • Law no. 365/2002 on e-commerce

  • Other applicable EU and Romanian legislation

3. Products and Prices

  • All prices include VAT according to the destination country.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided by authorized suppliers; minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur.

  • Images are for presentation purposes only.

4. Order Placement

  • Orders are placed online via the AdoraDeko platform.

  • Automated confirmations do not constitute acceptance; the contract is concluded once you receive the order dispatch confirmation by email.

  • AdoraDeko may refuse orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect data, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Methods

Secure payments can be made via:

  • Revolut Pay (bank card): Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Your card data is never stored on our servers.

  • PayPal: Pay safely with your PayPal account or card.

  • Lay-Buys / Installments: Flexible installment options are available. Refunds or adjustments for returns processed through Lay-Buys may take longer due to the payment plan.

AdoraDeko does not store card data; all payments are processed by authorized providers in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Delivery

  • Products are shipped via third-party logistics partners (Chronopost, Correos, DHL, UPS, GLS, SEUR, Pallet Delivery, etc.).

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Guaranteed delivery: Within 10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to stock, peak season, or errors in the delivery address.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping costs.

Package Inspection:

  • Check packages in the presence of the courier.

  • Verify number of packages and inspect for visible damage.

  • Notify the courier immediately and document any issues to ensure prompt resolution.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Individual consumers have 14 days legal right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014).

  • AdoraDeko offers 90-day returns under the following conditions:

    • Products must be unused and returned in original, sealed packaging.

    • Partial refund (up to 50%) may apply if packaging is damaged or product shows signs of use.

    • Additional services (upper-floor delivery, pallet delivery) are non-refundable.

    • Lay-Buys (installment purchases) require notification for adjustment of monthly payments; process may take longer.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method after evaluation. Returns must be requested via Contact Page with evidence (photos/videos if applicable).

8. Warranties

Furniture Commercial warranty: 5 years
Decorations Commercial warranty: 3 years
All products Legal conformity warranty: 2 years (Law 449/2003)

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and documentation submitted to Contact Page.

Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, exposure to extreme conditions, professional/public use.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdoraDeko is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit or opportunity

  • Delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure

  • Improper use or assembly of products by customers

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, structure, code) is the property of AdoraDeko or licensed third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR and Romanian laws.

  • Types of data: Identification, order history, browsing behavior, advertising activity.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
