ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

At AdoraDeko, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently while ensuring full transparency and clarity regarding shipping.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated only on the checkout page and vary depending on distance, product weight, and volume.

  • All additional services (e.g., upper-floor delivery, pallet delivery) may incur extra charges, which will also be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery is 3-7 business days.

  • We guarantee that your order will arrive at your address within 10 business days at the latest.

  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Package Inspection and Verification:

  • Upon delivery, we strongly recommend checking the package in the presence of the courier.

  • Verify that the number of packages matches the shipment confirmation and inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage (scratches, dents, open seals, crushed boxes).

  • If you notice any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies, notify the courier immediately and document the issue on the delivery receipt.

  • Reporting incidents at the time of delivery helps ensure quick resolution and protects your rights.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is damaged during transit, contact us immediately via our contact page with photos of the product and packaging.

  • For lost packages, allow up to 10 business days for the carrier to investigate. Contact us via the contact pagefor assistance.

Returned Packages & Unsuccessful Deliveries:

  • Packages returned due to refusal of delivery or incorrect shipping address will result in the customer being responsible for additional shipping fees.

  • If the carrier marks a delivery as successful and the customer cannot locate the package, the carrier’s records are considered final. Claims for missing packages should be filed directly with the carrier.
